Take Danny Elfman’s What’s This? song from Nightmare Before Christmas and make a live action version with friends/family/Christmas locations that stand in for the movie’s original setup.
Telling some sort of story inspired in Nightmare Before Xmas is always a good idea,man, that movie is THE movie,dude.
I’d go pay some money to watch your idea in a movie theater.
