So it is right before I go on this crazy 5 day period of time that my online journal finally comes into being.<\/p>\n
I have wanted to do this for a while, but never took the time to “just do it”. Many things getting in the way, not the least of which was just thinking of how I was going to keep things running and interesting once it was working. Too much to worry about, let’s just work with it for now and see where it goes …<\/p>\n
The crazy 5 day period of time, you ask? Well, let me explain.

\nExplain I will.<\/p>\n
Over the next 5 days I will:<\/p>\n
* Take a trip down to Indio, CA to listen to Oasis, The Strokes, Bj\u00c3\u00b6rk, Cake and others at the Coachella music festival.<\/p>\n
* Fly down to San Diego to see The Strokes again (this time co-headlining with Tenacious D) over at the UCDS RIMAC Center. Whatever that is.<\/p>\n
* Be back just in time for Wednesday’s Real Madrid – Barcelona return leg of the Champions League semis. The 0-2 away has me feeling all weirded out that Bar\u00c3\u00a7a will come out hyper-motivated and pull the mother of all upsets.<\/p>\n
Anyway, you get the idea. The truth is that all this would be fine and dandy if I had enough time for full night sleeps along the way. But I don’t. Plus I am already half-asleep as it is, I don’t want to think about how bad it might get.<\/p>\n
Plus I don’t feel like going on this or the other trip. Weird feeling that is. Don’t get me wrong, I willfully signed up for both events, and in both I will be accompanied by the best of people.<\/p>\n
It just doesn’t feel “right”. Don’t know.<\/p>\n
